Your account email and name (from sign-in), the profile details you choose to enter (niche, audience, voice, language preference, and similar), the content you create and save in the app (scripts, trends, calendar pages, practice transcripts and scores), and a usage log of the metered features you run, kept for billing and to understand costs.
Payments create an order record: which plan, the amount, and whether Razorpay confirmed it. Your card, UPI, or banking details go directly to Razorpay and never touch our servers.
When you record a practice take, the audio is sent for transcription and scoring, and we keep the transcript and the scores. We do not store the audio or video; the playback you see after a take lives only in your browser.
Connecting is optional and read-only. We store the connection and the profile and post data needed for features you use (for example filling your profile from your bio and captions, or analysing a post you pick). Disconnect at any time from your profile page; we stop reading immediately.
SCRLL runs on infrastructure and processing providers, each receiving only what its job needs:
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We keep your data while your account is active. Email support@socialscrll.com from your account address to delete your account; we remove your profile, content, and connections, keeping only what payment and tax law requires us to retain (order records) for the mandated period.
For grievances under applicable Indian law, write to support@socialscrll.com with "Grievance" in the subject; we acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date here and surface the change in the app.
