SCRLL is a content workspace for short-form creators: trend research, script drafting, on-camera practice with scored feedback, and a planning calendar. Suggestions, scripts, and scores are generated by software from the context you provide. They are starting points, not guarantees: you decide what to publish, and you are responsible for what you post on any platform.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to use SCRLL. Keep your login secure; activity under your account is yours. One account per person, and the information you give us must be accurate.
Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI, or banking details.
No auto-renewal. Every purchase, including the trial, is a one-time payment for a fixed period. When the period ends, access to paid allowances simply stops unless you buy again. We never charge you automatically.
The ₹199 trial is available once per person. Usage of generation features is metered in Sparks, and some features carry their own counts (for example practice sessions and calendar pages); the allowances for each plan are shown in the app before purchase. Allowances for a paid period you have already purchased will not be reduced during that period. Allowance sizes for future periods may be tuned as the product evolves.
Paid periods are non-refundable once they start. The trial exists precisely so you can evaluate the full product before committing to a plan. Duplicate charges or failed payments that were still debited are resolved through support@socialscrll.com and refunded where verified. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
What you create, upload, and save in SCRLL is yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: storing your content, processing it to produce the output you asked for (including through the service providers named in our Privacy Policy), and showing it back to you. We do not publish anything on your behalf, and we do not use your private content to build products for other users.
Connecting Instagram is optional and read-only: we access the profile and media data you authorise, to power features you invoke, and nothing else. You can disconnect at any time from your profile page. SCRLL is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Instagram or Meta.
Do not use SCRLL to create unlawful, infringing, or harassing content; do not probe, overload, resell, or automate access to the service; do not attempt to bypass metering or limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
The product will evolve: features may be added, tuned, or removed. We work to keep SCRLL available and your data safe, but the service is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or of any particular outcome (views, followers, or revenue) from using it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
If we change these terms materially, we will note the new effective date here and surface the change in the app. Continuing to use SCRLL after a change means you accept the updated terms.
